Recently there was a rumor circulating the film world that Daniel Radcliffe, Mr. Harry Potter himself, might play a younger version of James Bond. Apparently, a series of films may be made that follow the young Bond while he is attending Eton College and getting into all sorts of trouble.
Do you think Radcliffe could pull this off?

9I think Radcliffe could pull it off, but I am not interested in a young James Bond. Bond is interesting because he is 007 the super-spy. Not sure there is much about his youth that would be compelling. And if there was, wouldn't that ruin the whole point of the mindless enjoyment of Bond movies?

anywho, i'm kind of indifferent on the subject of a young bond...while i like radcliffe as an actor, i'm unsure of how he would be in the role. also, daniel craig already has the movie all wrapped up in awesome, anyway, so what's the point of revealing his youth? it works better if he's brooding and mysterious...
