Who Should Win the Emmy For Best Supporting Actress, Comedy?
by Shannon Vestal 6
In anticipation of the Emmy Awards on Sept. 18, I want to hear from you TV aficionados about which actors you think are most deserving of statues this year. For today's category, let's talk about the nominees for best supporting actress in a comedy series.
Up for the accolade this year is Modern Family's Sofia Vergara, Betty White for Hot in Cleveland, and last year's winner (and this year's Emmy host) Jane Lynch of Glee. They're up against Kristen Wiig for Saturday Night Live, Vergara's Modern Family castmate Julie Bowen, and 30 Rock's Jane Krakowski. None of these ladies are new to being nominees (this is White's 18 nomination!), but only Lynch and White have ever taken home the award.
Now it's your turn to weigh in on who's most deserving of the Emmy — tell me who should get it this year and why!
