Jack and Leo all the way; they are the only thing that made The Departed new and exciting on every other level Infernal Affairs wins for me.

I'd say Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt in The Devil Wears Prada. Emily was my favorite thing about that movie - she was hilarious! Anne Hathaway could've been replaced by any young actress. She was fine, but not remarkable.
