Big news, nostalgiaheads: The Police has announced its final concert ever. Along with New York's Mayor Bloomberg, The Police declared that its final gig will be "a fundraiser with proceeds benefiting the production of arts programming for public television stations Thirteen/WNET and WLIW New York" and the date and location will be revealed in August.
Sad! I've loved many of The Police's singles, and I find that they often make the perfect additions to mix CDs and playlists. I'm not sure I could pick just one!
