What Is the Best Reality Show of 2009?

There are no good reality shows. Hopefully people will realize this and start watching documentaries instead!

i think it's pretty telling that the hills/the city didn't get that many votes. maybe now this site will stop covering these shows non-stop.

Where is the big brother option? Its my absolute favorite, I've watched every season and there were good ones and not so good, but this season of BB was awesome! Out of the shows that were listed I will have to choose American idol, dwts was really good too though. I love reality TV!

For the first time ever, Project Runway sucked! So I went for The City, since I don't watch the other shows.

SYTYCD. i've been a fan of dwts too (dance show junkie) but this season was pretty blah.

SYTYCD is always my favorite reality show. i feel like you have to really have talent to be able to dance and learn the crazy dances in such a short period of time. with a lot of the other 'talent based' shows - i feel like you can get away with not really having ability as long as you have personality.

I'm with sarah, it is between Top Chef and SYTYCD for me. This season of PR wasn't very good, but I am glad that it is back. Hopefully the season in January will be better.
