The Walking Dead Season 3 Trailer

The Walking Dead panel at Comic-Con was one of the most sought-after events at the convention, and fans were rewarded with an in-depth look at the show's third season. So what's in store? The four-minute preview reveals a lot more of new character Michonne, as she and Andrea find themselves under the watchful eye of the Governor (a new character to TV viewers, but a fan favorite from the comics). Meanwhile, Rick and the gang take shelter in a prison, and Merle makes another appearance — but is it real or just a hallucination?

It doesn't take much for The Walking Dead to send shivers down my spine, but this preview is particularly eerie, thanks to the excellent musical selection. We have until Oct. 14 to wait for the new episodes, but watch the trailer when you read more.
