OMG totally cannot wait to see Damon & Elena together. I really hope the writers don't let this relationship go. The couple has so much charisma it would be a real shame not to consumate it. Damon has come a long way from wanting pure revenge and devestation that his character was reeling in in season 1, and he totally deserves to have Elena. He cares for her in a way Stefan never could. They have so much chemistry it hurts to watch them. Their sexual tension is mesmerizing. Ian's acting ability is amazing, the man does not even have to speak, his face says it all. He totally talks with his eyes. The show hit the jackpot choosing him to play Damon. They are the main couple. I can so see Caroline & Tyler and Bonnie & Jeremy. Love Jenna & Alaric together as well. They will just have to find someone else for Matt.

I like Caroline and Stefan. Love Damon and Elena, but not yet. Elena needs to realize that for every bad thing he does, he does a hundred better things. His mistakes just happen to be a little badder. Stefan is absolutely boring. Bonnie and Jeremy are nice, just don't go killing Bonnie. Oh and for the love of it all, can we please get Meredith!

I would really like for Caroline to be with someone who is as cool as she (now) is. She's really become one of my favorite characters and I think she and Matt are so poorly suited. Matt is BORING! Tyler is all hot and bothered now - which is so SEXY!

completely rooting for damon & elena and caroline & tyler - c&t would be interesting given the vampire/were taboo so it will be awesome to see how they portray that. i'm also kind of rooting for bonnie & jeremy... i think they both need someone in their lives since they isolate themselves from everyone else. 50/50 on seeing stefan and katherine but would love to see stefan go bad and damon go good.

Definitely rooting for Bonnie & Jeremy the most, closely followed by Matt and Caroline. They're the sweetest couples.
