True Blood returned with its season premiere this week, reuniting us with the citizens of Bon Temps and their current drama: the saga of "Billith," a werewolf pack transition, and a new political threat to the vampires. It's fun to see the characters again (and it's always nice to see resident heartthrobs Alexander Skarsgard, Joe Manganiello, and Ryan Kwanten), but after six seasons, True Blood doesn't feel like it has the same bite anymore. All the story lines feel tired, the sex and violence isn't as shocking as it once seemed — and for that matter, there's hardly any sex since Sookie is no longer torn between Bill and Eric. I'm still watching (out of loyalty or curiosity, I'm not quite sure), but I want to know if the once-hot show is still must-see TV for you. Let me know: are you still a fervent watcher of True Blood or have you moved past it?
