Toni Collette is taking home the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for The United States of Tara! She beat Tina Fey, Mary-Louise Parker, Christina Applegate, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Sarah Silverman.
This one totally shocked me, but Collette is pretty great on The United States of Tara. What do you think about this win? Can you believe Tina didn't take home the gold?

I love Toni Collette&very happy for her! And her dress is simply fab.
1I totally agree. Tina's show is fantastic, but Toni was given a really great role to play and has done an amazing job.
2I mentioned this in your preview questionnaire on this category. But, I just had a feeling Toni Collette was going to win.
And Im glad she did. I like 30 Rock a lot, but Im kind of getting tired of all hoop-lah they're receiving.
