The New Thor Trailer Looks Even Better (and Funnier) Than the First

There's a new trailer for Thor, and unlike the first one, this one is going for laughs and more Natalie Portman (whose Oscar nominee status probably has something to do with this newly cut preview). Kat Dennings also gets some more love, helping illustrate that comedy can be found in the story of a God adjusting to modern life on Earth. But it's not all funny bits about Facebook and coffee; watch the new trailer and let me know if you're more excited now when you read more.

The God of Thunder is the real deal this summer. I can't wait. And Branagh, the director, explained that Kat Dennings' character was not intended to be comic relief as much as the common every-person's absurdist reaction to such cosmic events. I get it, as long as they don't overdo it. And anyone who know Branagh knows he won't overdo mundane, comical elements. Thor is going to frickin explode.

Better? yes - well, comparable. Funnier? not at all. the Facebook "joke" (if you can call it that) wasn't funny at all. I am excited about this though; I love the cast, Liam Hensworth is all kinds of hot, I love comic book movie, and I love anything even remotely having to do with mythology....

Ok, not to be nit-picky but Thor is a Norse God, not Greek.
