TV Tonight: "Heroes"
TV Tonight: "Heroes"
Last week's episode of "Heroes" ended in a most awesome way: with present-day Hiro coming face to face with his future, slicked-hair, soul patchy self. In tonight's episode, "Five Years Gone," we're shuttled into the future, after the bomb has exploded in New York, killing millions. In this future world, "special people" like Hiro, Claire, Niki and the rest are being hunted like criminals.
It's this sort of dramatic fast-forwarding that I really appreciate about "Heroes" — the writers are not afraid to make big leaps and I think it's admirable. It's so the opposite of "Lost," which has a tendency to drag its feet. Tune in tonight for "Heroes"' next chapter, and to see a 2-minute clip from the beginning of "Five Years Gone," read more
