Chuck and Blair, Gossip Girl

We may have known that Chuck and Blair were going to be together forever, but they don't officially get engaged until the series finale. With the threat of Chuck having to face trial for Bart's death, they decide to tie the knot so Blair won't have to testify. It may be in an unromantic room with Chuck's Uncle Jack looking on, but Chuck still gets down on one knee and Blair still cries.
