When Schmidt throws a party, he probably doesn't expect it to be the setting for the love of his life's engagement — to another man. Still, that's exactly what happens when Shivrang decides to spontaneously seize the moment and propose to Cece onstage in front of the entire crowd. Unfortunately for Schmidt, all the cool special effects that were supposed to be for his performance end up going off during Shivrang's proposal, and Cece accepts.
