Which Upcoming Superhero Movie Are You Most Excited About?

Wondercon hits San Francisco this weekend, and I'm excited to find out more about upcoming movies like Green Lantern. I'm getting psyched for it and other comic book and superhero movies, and though they're a frequent Hollywood staple, the current crop of films on the horizon seems more exciting than usual. Plus, there are a lot to look forward to: Thor and his hammer make their way into theaters in May, Green Lantern and X-Men: First Class both bow in June, followed by Captain America in July. And though they're far on the horizon (2012, that is), I'm so eager for any details about Zack Snyder's Superman and The Amazing Spider-Man.

I'm pretty pumped on all of these movies for different reasons — I can't wait to see Ryan Reynolds and Andrew Garfield as their respective characters, or how X-Men's prequel turns out, for instance. Which one are you looking forward to most?

Since we're looking all the way into 2012, why not add Joss Whedon's "The Avengers" to the list? I know that would get my vote, hands down.

I'm dying to see Thor! It looks awesome. Very close runner-up: X-Men, First Class. I love a good origin story.

Oh....you should have also included The Dark Knight Rises as well! I am also excited for that.
First and foremost I am excited for X-men : First Class. Secondly, I am excited for Spider-Man (although initially I wasn't). Everything else is pretty meh to me. Although the Green Lantern looks horribly BAD!!!!! From their lame special effects to Blake Lively's sh** acting.

I'm a nerd, so I can't wait for most of these! The only one that looks horrible is "The Green Lantern". The casting is off and it looks cheesy in a bad, bad way. I'm especially excited for X-Men as it conveniently stars my two fave actors working today, Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy! Two-for-one! I think Andrew Garfield is going to be an awesome Peter Parker---and as far as Superman goes, I've been drooling over Henry Cavill for ages, I hope this is his big break (unlike poor Brandon Routh).
