Stars on the Set

As the weather grows warmer, we're catching more stars filming on the sets of new projects. Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, and Sally Field all got together to film scenes for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, while George Clooney continued his work on the upcoming adaptation of The Monuments Men. Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth and Charlie Hunnam both spent time out in LA. Chris was on the set of Cyber, and Charlie continued work on his show Sons of Anarchy. Kate Upton showed off her fit figure when she slipped into a white bikini to film a beach scene for The Other Woman in the Hamptons yesterday. She was joined by her costar Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as the two filmed a passionate kissing moment on two beach chairs. Last week, Kate and Nikolaj's costar Cameron Diaz filmed her own PDA scene nearby with Taylor Kinney. Cameron kissed Taylor for the cameras and Cameron flaunted her toned legs while they shot a romantic sunset scene at a Hamptons home. The project, which is slated to hit theaters next April, also stars Leslie Mann and Nicki Minaj, who is making her acting debut in the new flick.

Spoiler alert: Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans took their onscreen relationship to the next level today while on the set of their film Captain America: The Winter Soldier in Cleveland, OH. During a romantic scene, shot inside Tower City Center downtown, Johansson pulled Evans in for a passionate kiss on a moving escalator. The scene is surprising, since their characters, The Black Widow and Captain America respectively, haven't been romantically linked yet — and Emily VanCamp was also cast as a Captain America love interest. Los Angeles, New York, and England were prime filming spots for celebrities this week. Matt Damon, George Clooney, and Bill Murray proved how good they look in uniform on the set of The Monuments Men, while a pregnant Maya Rudolph joined Joaquin Phoenix on the set of Inherent Vice in LA on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Cameron Diaz rocked a fake baby bump in NYC, and across town Emma Stone was swinging around with Andrew Garfield on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Monday. Cameron Diaz turned up the heat once again on the set of The Other Woman in the Hamptons yesterday. She filmed a scene with her costar Taylor Kinney while sipping on a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The romantic setting comes after Cameron and Taylor filmed a kissing scene in NYC on Tuesday while the actress donned a fake baby bump. She's no stranger to kissing scenes as she was seen locking lips inside a sports car with another costar, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, last month. Between steamy scenes for the new romantic comedy, Cameron has also been bumping chests and partaking in onscreen fighting with Leslie Mann, who was on location earlier this week too. The pair shot more friendly scenes and laughed together while holding hands.

Cameron has rejoined her castmates in the Big Apple after jetting off to New Orleans for Lake Bells's wedding over the weekend. During the nuptials, she had the company of several fellow Hollywood A-listers including Jennifer Aniston, Eva Longoria, Kate Bosworth, and more.

Emma Stone held onto Andrew Garfield, who was fully clad in his Spider-Man suit, for an action-packed night on their Amazing Spider-Man 2 set in NYC yesterday. The couple filmed what appeared to be a rescue scene, and they celebrated the successful shoot with smiles and high fives. It was a full day of filming for Andrew, who also logged time on set during daylight hours.

Katie Holmes filmed a passionate kissing scene with her costar, Luke Kirby, on the set of her film Mania Days in NYC yesterday. The PDA didn't stop there as the duo embraced for another romantic scene together in a different location. Shooting for her latest project has had Katie packing in many different activities around the city. She and Luke held hands to film a scene as they played in the Washington Square Park fountain last month. It's no surprise that Katie has been getting romantic in front of the cameras with her costar since Mania Days follows the story of two manic-depressives who meet in psychiatric hospital and fall in love.

Stars made their way onto sets to work this week all over the world. Matt Damon took the reins on Thursday in Southern England for scenes from The Monuments Men, and Katie Holmes perked up with a cup of coffee in NYC before heading to the Mania Days set. The cast of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 worked through the long weekend and well into the week, during which Andrew Garfield bonded with his Spider-Man mini me, and his girlfriend, Emma Stone, focused on a few solo shoots. George Clooney pulled double-duty today when he slipped into a costume to shoot scenes alongside Matt Damon for their new film, The Monuments Men, in Duxford, England. Yesterday, George and Matt ditched their official-looking outfits while Matt filmed a farm scene with a beret-wearing costar. The crew have relocated to England after wrapping up their work in Germany, which began back in March. Aside from filming, it's been a busy few weeks for Matt, who swung by the Cannes Film Festival earlier this month to do press for Behind the Candelabra, which premiered on HBO over Memorial Day weekend.
