Song of the Day: Panda Bear, "Comfy in Nautica"

With disorienting beats and sing-song vocals, Panda Bear (aka Noah Lennox) is the sonic equivalent of a colorful amusement-park ride that inadvertently scares children. I can listen to Panda Bear's albums — as well as those from his other project, Animal Collective — over and over and always discover something new. So, I'm very excited about the upcoming Panda Bear record, Person Pitch, which comes out on March 20. Thanks to Pitchfork for posting this track from the CD, which might be described as the Beach Boys meets the Benedictine monks.
