Some of our all-time favorite geeks come from classic '90s television shows. Whether it was their supersize specs or their strange, silly mannerisms, these nerds managed to win our hearts with their quirky, lovable personalities. From Steve Urkel to Screech Powers, here are 10 TV geeks we couldn't help but adore.
The Vampire Diaries' prom episode marked a milestone for the high-school-set show, and it brought back memories of other great TV proms. Watch as we highlight three of the small screen's most memorable prom episodes and why they gave us TV to remember.
Although their Bayside days have been over for almost two decades, many of the Saved by the Bell stars are still stealing the spotlight on the small screen. Most recently, a shirtless Mark-Paul Gosselaar has been filming the third season of Franklin & Bash, while his onscreen high school sweetheart Tiffani Thiessen stars in USA's White Collar. Take a look to learn more about the Bayside gang and see how far they've come since Saved by the Bell!
It's been 20 years since Zack, Kelly, Slater, and the rest of the gang bid farewell to Bayside High, and Saved by the Bell's original cast has moved on to new projects in the worlds of film, TV . . . and parenting! With Mark-Paul Gosselaar's recent announcement that his third baby is on the way, and Mario Lopez and wife Courtney Mazza expecting child number two, we thought it was time to pay homage to the new generation of Saved by the Bell alum offspring.

Happy birthday, MPG! Mark-Paul Gosselaar turns 39 today, and it's hard to believe that the Saved by the Bell heartthrob — who's just as hot as ever on Franklin and Bash — is nearing 40. Kelly Kapowski wasn't the only one smitten with Zack Morris. I would have called him on that oversize cell phone if only I had the number. If you (or your friends) had a thing for MPG's Bayside High alter ego, these fun, nostalgic gifts will give you a Zack Attack!
Today is Tiffani Thiessen's 39th birthday, which we happen to think is a little ridiculous. The actress formerly known as Kelly Kapowski has been influencing our personal style since her days on Saved by the Bell, where her skintight biker shorts, slouchy crop tops, and colorful Keds (always Keds!) reigned supreme. Tiffani's high-octane high school cheerleader looks have certainly come back to the forefront of fashion — over the Summer, we saw more denim cutoffs and neon bra tops than we care to remember — and are providing sartorial inspiration to an entirely new generation. For those of you who remember Kelly Kapowski in all her prom-queen-winning, volleyball-playing, George Michael-loving glory, we're celebrating in true Bayside High fashion. Click through to look back on Tiffani's most awesome SBTB looks.
Although she currently stars on White Collar (with babe Matt Bomer), birthday girl Tiffani Thiessen — who turns 39 today — first won our hearts as high school bombshell Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell. Just about every guy at Bayside High, and every teen boy watching, was smitten with Kelly. Throughout the series, we saw her swoon and flip her hair over Zack Morris, AC Slater, Jeff from The Max, and her college professor. But lucky Zack got the girl in the end!
The '90s had a major comeback in 2012, so we're combining that wave of nostalgia with another popular trend — animated GIFs — for a fun guide to love inspired by the queen of Bayside. You, too, can snag your own Zack by channeling Kelly in your dating life. Just ask yourself: what would Kelly Kapowski do?

You've already tested your TV trivia skills on Chuck Bass vs. Chuck Bartowski and Michael Scott vs. The Situation, now it's time to try your hand at TV's most iconic Kellys: Beverly Hills, 90210's Kelly Taylor, The Office's Kelly Kapoor, and Saved by the Bell's Kelly Kapowski. The three women have a surprising amount of things in common, so it's pretty tricky — good luck!
I've admitted before that I'm a bit of a Saved by the Bell fanatic. I followed Zack Morris and the gang from Miss Bliss's classroom to Malibu Sands to Vegas, and I was pretty excited about a possible reunion. They spent so much time on my TV, I felt like I knew them. Well, perhaps not. This week's issue of Us Weekly gives us a sampling of Dustin Diamond's upcoming memoir Behind the Bell and man, is he digging up dirt — everything from alleging that Mark-Paul Gosselaar used steroids to the spit-swapping between Tiffani Thiessen and Mario Lopez.
Saved by the Bell hookups?! I know most of you have said that you're not interested in the book, but I sort of want to get my hands on that magazine issue.
Confession: I read sTori Telling — and loved it for the behind-the-scenes goings on of the '90s cast of 90210. I always want to know what really went on inside my favorite TV shows. I'd read one on Gilmore Girls, Punky Brewster, whatever. And I sort of want one about the real reality that takes place behind the cameras of The Hills.
So tell me: Which TV star's memoir would you most like to read?
