American Idol is back, so obviously we've got Ryan Seacrest on the brain. Way before he was hosting the show or dominating the radio airwaves, Seacrest was very young, very blond, with a very different gig. In 1994, he began hosting a kids' program called Gladiators 2000, a spin-off of the popular American Gladiators series. In this clip, Ryan teaches us all about the strongest muscle in our bodies: the heart, referring to it as "the Arnold Schwarzenegger of your body."
