Since when was Sherlock Holmes a musical or comedy? I just saw it last night and it was GREAT, but I didn't know it was categorized as such....odd?

Absolutely not! I love me some Robert Downey Jr., but this was not the role to win. Matt Damon or Joseph Gordon Levitt for sure
