Downey is reportedly the first choice to play Oz (as in, the Wizard of Oz) for a new project titled Oz The Great And Powerful. Sam Mendes is rumored to direct. The story follows Oscar Zoroaster Phadrig Isaac Norman Henkel Emmannuel Ambroise Diggs (Oz, for short) when he mistakenly floats from Omaha into the mystical land he would later rule.
