Since I found myself needing some new Summer TV shows, I thought I'd give ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars a shot, and after three episodes, I am completely hooked. The mystery continues to unfold as the four main characters — Aria, Hanna, Spencer, and Emily — try to figure out who's now stalking them amidst the ongoing question of what happened to their fifth bestie a year earlier. Mixing that with the clever dialogue and each girl's personal drama makes the show totally engaging.

When I asked you guys if you were interested in watching it, the response was an overwhelming yes, so now I'm wondering if you followed through and who's as addicted as I am. Let me know if you're watching — and what you're thinking — in the comments!

I don't like it... They're trying so hard! Too much of everything. And if sixteen years old are that way nowadays then this society is in huge trouble.

I really like the show. It's definitely good for the summer. I have to admit, the overkill of mystery, but no real answers did get the best of me and I couldn't help but wiki it... I really couldn't take the suspense... and now that I know everything it's nice to see just how it will play out on the show. Based on the storyline, this show has the possibility of multiple seasons. Don't WIKI it!!! LOL!! Fight the suspense...... lol now we know why the author of gossip girl never revealed gossip girl's true identity in their last book... smart

I am SO hooked!!! Plus I love LOVE love all the 90s actors on the show.

Its soo bad but so good. It's just one of those shows. I wouldn't want to raise a daughter who lived in this world or thought any of the crap these girls do is normal, but I love the show. As far as I'm concerned, I know I'm gonna love a show as soon as I see Laura Leighton is in the cast. That almost guarantees some super awesome trashy OMG moments.

OMG, flowergirl, I was trying to figure out who Maya was — Emily Bennett! And of course, Kendra from Buffy! Can you believe she's 31?!

I liked the concept, but I got bored. It was trying too hard for my taste, the student teacher sex, the first time lesbians, the mother-cop-thief teenager sex...just overkill. The characters just weren't that interesting to me to be honest, I disliked all of them by the end of episode 1 and therefore I don't care what happens to them.

So far I am really liking this show. The only thing I don't like is that they had the cop hook up with one of the moms.

I actually am liking this show, too, and I would totally be annoyed if my DVR goofed and didn't record an episode. I am not super turned off by the sex story-lines, yet, but if they focus on sex any more than they do now it will probably be too much. Unfortunately I am pretty sure that kea718 is right about many sixteen year olds being just as scandalous as those on this show. and flowergirl, thank you for finally helping me realize where I'd seen that actress recently! it was bugging me the first episode.

I LOVE IT!!! I was kind of surprised that it was so good... I'm hooked. I don't know why everybody is so shocked at the scandalousness of 16 year olds.... Gossip Girl (well not really anymore), 90210.. High Schoolers. I was pretty scandalous when I was 16... in fact, it seems like 16 year olds I meet now are even more scandalous than what they show in these TV shows. 16 year olds aren't all about rainbows, butterflies, and sleepovers anymore....

Not bad. Did anyone notice that the actress who plays "Emily Bennett" from Vampire Diaries (my favorite show of '09-'10) is also on this show? Anyway, I'm kinda creeped out by the relationships between the cop + Hanna's mom, Aria + Ezra, and Spencer + Wren..first pairing is just gross because the cop is really pervy. Ezra & Wren are hott but seriously--making out with 16 yo girls?? Am I just getting old or is the age difference make it just not..right...

I was looking forward to this show as a guilty pleasure summer show. However, I stopped watching after the first episode. I'm no prude, but this show was waaaay trashy. Everything was about sex in the creepiest way possible (from the parents to the students and teachers). These girls are supposed to be 16! Too bad, because I thought the show was fun otherwise.
