Hollywood has seen some pretty hot love triangles over the years, but it looks like there's an exciting new one coming our way. Rachel McAdams, Christian Bale, and Javier Bardem are slated to star in Terrence Malick's new feature, a romance drama to be named later. Quantum of Solace's Olga Kurylenko will also star.
Not much is known about the film just yet, but this trio of cast members is enough to get me excited. Not only am I glad to see Bale take a break from the grittier fare he's become known for, but I'm equally happy that Javier Bardem is beefing up his schedule again after a long post-Oscar-win break.
How do you feel about this news — and more importantly, who would you rather see McAdams paired up with?

2Ooooh, definitely exciting casting! I love Rachel McAdams, and I agree that it'll be great to see Christian Bale (one of my favorites) break out of his recent mold.
3So I understand that Bale will finally try to act witout losing any weight and using mimic muscles for a change? If Bardem is in it, then he will be outshined anyway.
4whatever; Charita; obviously you are only aware of Bale post-Batman; what about Red Dawn, American Psycho, and Equilibrium? he shows range and talent in everything he does; gimicky role or not.
5that being said; while I love this cast (yum, yum, and yum!); I am curious to see how Bale will fare in a romantic role. sounds interesting, though...
