Preview Clip of Timothy Olyphant in FX's Lawman Series
First Look: Timothy Olyphant in Lawman
If you've been looking forward to seeing Timothy Olyphant wearing a badge again ever since it was reported that he'd be starring in the new show Lawman for FX, now's the time. In this first clip released from the show, which will begin airing sometime in 2010, Olyphant pretty much acts like exactly the badass I was hoping he would be.

Lawman is based on an Elmore Leonard short story and stars Olyphant as US Marshal Raylan Givens, who returns to his Kentucky hometown to — apparently — put the smack down on modern-day skinheads and others who cross him. Writer Graham Yost once said this character seemed "like he was born 100 years too late," and I believe it: his whole look and attitude seem like something from an earlier time. Actually, it reminds me a little of No Country for Old Men in that way. Want to check out the scene for yourself? Just read more.
