Pop Rocks at the Brit Awards

Aside from that whole Spice Girls thing, I continue to be impressed by the Brits' impeccable taste in pop music. I mean, can you imagine the The Artic Monkeys winning a Grammy? That's why I love the Brit Awards, the British equivalent of the Grammys, which were announced last night. The winners ranged from ultra-cool blues diva Amy Winehouse to American pop stalwart Justin Timberlake, who was named best International Male Solo Artist. Here's a look a who won:

  • British Group: Arctic Monkeys
  • British Album: Arctic Monkeys, Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not
  • International Male Solo Artist: Justin Timberlake
