New Photos From the Season Six Premiere of Grey's Anatomy

Considering how heartbreaking the season five finale of Grey's Anatomy was, it's not surprising that the premiere looks like a tear-jerker. We all know by now that George won't be returning but Izzie is going to pull through. On the bright side, there seem to be a few happy moments to balance out the sad ones — including some shirtless Derek action. The premiere is on Sept. 24, so be sure to print out a copy of my calendar so you don't miss it!
