The season two premiere of New Girl is next week, and surprise — Jess and the guys are getting a new roommate! Well, not really. In a new sketch from Funny or Die, we see Regis Philbin dropping by the set as a New Girl superfan. It's not long before he starts taking over as writer and director, and plots the demise of his most-hated character: Schmidt (Max Greenfield). Watch as Regis hilariously inserts himself into every scene — including Schmidt's dramatic death.
