My biggest hope — Connie Britton finally scoring a nomination for her consistently excellent performances in Friday Night Lights — was dashed when the semifinal lists came out without her name on them. So, I'll have to go with my No. 2: Kyle Chandler scoring a nomination for best actor. Chandler is the heart and soul of FNL, and rewarding him with a nomination would at least prove that the Emmy voters realize this show exists.

I would LOVE to see Michael Emerson, Kyle Chandler, Neil Patrick Harris, and Lee Pace all nominated, and the more recognition for Mad Men, the better!
