Last week, I told you guys how to listen to the Shins' new single, "Phantom Limb." Though I wasn't bowled over by the track—it's not exactly breaking new ground—I am really digging the video for the song, which recently debuted on mtvU. It reminds me of a Charles Dickens novel crossed with some of those old Smashing Pumpkins videos. Watch it below and tell me what you think.
