As much as I love Rihanna's voice any way she gives it to me (like emotional with Eminem on "Love the Way You Lie" or snarling on "Rockstar 101"), sometimes I just yearn for it unencumbered and totally poppy. That's what she delivers with her new single "Only Girl (in the World)," a catchy dance-floor anthem set to a techno beat.

This is someone who just wants her new crush to make her feel like she's the only girl in the world, like she's the only girl that he'll ever love . . . in other words, the ultimate dance partner. I'm predicting it will be a big radio hit, and though it may not quite be the new "Umbrella," will anything ever be?
