Leto, Pink Take Top Honors at MTV Aussie Awards

The MTV Australia Video Music Awards might have been held down under, but American acts were the big winners Sunday night. Jared Leto's band, 30 Seconds to Mars, nabbed two honors, as did rocker Pink. Two former "Australian Idol" contestants, Shannon Noll and Guy Sebastian, also claimed awards, proving that the "Idol" machine rolls on no matter what hemisphere you're in. Snoop Dogg won for best hip hop video, but he was banned from entering the country to accept his statue on character grounds. Not such a doggy-dog world now, huh?
