Late-night hosts owe a debt of gratitude to Justin Bieber this week for supplying them with a multitude of monologue fodder. Bieber was arrested in Florida [1] for drag racing this week and was, as a result, the starring subject of many a joke last night. Jimmy Fallon, Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel, and Conan O'Brien [2] all brought up the young singer's misdeeds, and despite the severity of the situation, I'm not going to say I didn't laugh at their clever cracks. Take a look last night's monologues:

Late Night With Jimmy Fallon

Fallon made fun of the already-infamous smiling Bieber mug shot [3], saying, "I don't know if I'm looking at a mug shot or a Proactiv commercial. He's so excited to be arrested."

The Tonight Show With Jay Leno

Kimmel didn't spare the troubled singer, either: "Just when the streets are finally safe from Lindsay Lohan [4], Justin Bieber comes out of nowhere, arrested in Miami Beach . . . and he's in trouble with his grandparents for not stopping by to visit."

Conan

Conan O'Brien showed footage of Bieber's court appearance, parodying it with a side-by-side picture of the singer fanning himself with money.
