The first glimpse of Marley & Me allowed us to watch a ridiculously cute puppy run on the beach. That actually seemed to satisfy many of us, but now we've got a real trailer for the movie, starring Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson, and we get to see the puppy do more things! Like chew on stuff and run into doors and spill dog food everywhere. From the trailer it appears that the whole story revolves around this couple chasing after Marley, "the world's worst dog."
That furry little scamp makes me laugh. Not much else about the trailer is very noteworthy, but the dogs playing Marley are worth the watch. Marley & Me opens Dec. 25. To check out the trailer, read more.

Something tells me that this movie is insanely cute, but will make me bawl my eyes out at the end.
1I have yet to get around to reading this book. Maybe I'll pick it up at the library this weekend. Then I'll be ready for the movie!
2the dog running beside the car is super funny!! but yeah i agree it will be a tear jerker, movies that revolve around animals usually are!
3The dog is really cute, but I still don't understand what the story is. It's just about Marley's hijinks? I don't know, I'll probably rent it. I have a feeling it will be sad in the end too.
It also makes me sad to see Jennifer Aniston with a baby
I don't feel bad for her, but I know
she wants one and it is probably difficult to play a mom when you aren't one yet and you want to be.
4hahahaha, i actually laughed out loud when he marley was running next to the car
5I haven't read the book either, want to read it before seeing the movie too.
6That part at the end with him walking outside the car made me crack up.... at work!
7I have read the book and it is fantastic! It is about a couple and how their life evolves with their dog Marley. It is very sad but uplifting at the same time!
8Love the book and from what I see, I think I'll love the movie as well. Graylen, I loved that part too!
9Jennifer Aniston bothers me, but I loved the book. I did sob, like uncontrollably, at the end though.
10awww - you can't say no to going to see this movie based on how cute this puppy is. i think that i'll probably end up going to see it cause i like the cast too - but this is the clincher
11Sorry I'm still not interested. Maybe if the lead male was someone I really liked I'd see it. I'm going to pass on this and see the Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
12Ok, this movie looks too damn cute to not see! I literally laughed out loud at the dog walking outside the car scene....being a proud canine parent myself, I could totally see one of my "kids" doing this if given half the chance! How freaking CUTE!
13thats actually funny because i just got a new puppy a few months ago and her name is marley too and shes a lab and sheppard cross and she is SO bad its unreal! she doesnt listen to any but my dad
14anyone*
15I loved the book, but I couldn't finish it. I had put my previous dog to sleep about 6 months before I read it, and the last few chapters were just too close to how I had felt. The book is wonderful, and so true to life!
16It must have been a pain to shoot with the Dog !!
The movie looks really cute.
17Looks like so much fun, but I haven't read the book yet!
18I don't know about the movie but i want the dog. the dog is far toooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!
19i love it. so cute
20The book was really good. Well written and heart warming, albeit sad at the end. : (
21I'm eager to see how they turn this into a movie, though. Should be fun. And probably a tear jerker at the end. I'm also interested to see JA and OW on screen together. Hmm...
I'm very excited to see this movie when it comes out. Probably going to rent it because I don't like going to the theatres.
22I'm really excited about this! I loved the book - and I'm a total JA fangirl, so I'm doubly excited
23i had previously said i wouldn't see it because the book had me absolutely sobbing by the end, but i think i laughed too hard at the trailor to pass it up lol
24i cant wait! maybe because i adore the book! i was almost crying when he said a dog doesn't care if your rich or poor, just give him your heart and he will give you yours and then laughed out loud when he was walking next to the crying.
i think people who have not read the book or just aren't dog lovers might not get it--but i cant wait!
25I think the dog is used to show that relationships can be hard, and sometimes unexpected things happen, but if you learn how to stick it out, in the end you'll realize that it's all worth it, and all the hard work you put into it will make you value things much more.
Wow, 4 years of film school have turned me into a LifeTime movie character...
26I can't wait to see the movie. I very seldom go to the movies but
27will for this one. I read the book and it is really good. I love
dogs and this one reminds me so much of one I had. I think Jen
and Owen are going to be good as the couple. I agree with Mary_Sofi.
That's pretty precocious to open this level of movie on Christmas day...I couldn't imagine leaving Christmas festivities to see this.
28I'll bet the puppy will be the star of this movie like the lemons in The Break Up. I'll pass.
I loved this book so I can't wait to see the movie. It's one of those stories that makes you happy and sad at the same time.
29i can't wait to see this movie!! i'll have to re-read the book before hand.
30I'm so happy to finally see the full trailer! I love that they've stayed true to the book (and hopefully kept the touching parts of the couple's relationship, which is hard to tell from the trailer). But, was that Kathleen Turner playing the trainer? It sounded like her but...
31adorable! i love animals and i like jen. so there. she looks great and the dog is a hoot...
32loved the book (even tho cried my eyes out at the end) and watching the dog do cute doggie things make me laugh and think of my puppy dog... i will def. go see this
33Wow. I laughed out loud and cried just watching that trailer. I'm a total sucker for anything involving dogs.
34This book mademe laugh out loud and cry my eyes out. I cannot wait for the film, even though they rarely live up to the books. A must see!
35Marley is sooo cute!!
36Can't wait for the movie!!!
37It looks so adorable.
I have a friend that worked on this movie. It sounded like heaven...adorable little puppies everywhere.
38I'll check out the spoiler before I go see it. If it's going to make me cry, I won't see it! It looks really cute though!
39Ok, so I read what happened in the book, and I decided I won't see it. I teared up just reading the Wikipedia on it.
40Oh yes!! I can't wait to sneak my Yorkie into the movie theater. Yes ladies, when you hear a bark behind you... that will probably be us.
