Katie Holmes Will Play How I Met Your Mother's Slutty Pumpkin

Victoria isn't the only memorable lady in Ted's past who's about to come back into his life. Katie Holmes will guest star on How Met Your Mother as the "Slutty Pumpkin" — a girl that Ted once encountered at a Halloween party and waits for, but fails, to see again each year after. We'll finally see her face on this year's Halloween episode when Holmes pops up as the notoriously nicknamed character. Fingers crossed that we get a flashback to the first Halloween they met or that she wears the same costume, because I'm pretty curious to see how one makes a pumpkin costume slutty.

I don't want to see her on ANY of my favorite shows. I didn't like her on Dawson's Creek and that hasn't changed. I'm tired of her getting all these primo gigs just because she's married to Tom Cruise. I hope she realizes that's the reason for her poplularity.
