5 Movies, 3 TV Shows, and 1 Album You Need in June

June is here, bringing more Summer blockbusters to the big screen, along with some smaller titles we think you should know about, but it's not all about movies this month. While historically this isn't the season for TV, there will still be small-screen excitement with the return of three beloved TV series. Not to be outdone, there's music coming out for you to be aware of too, so without further ado, here's the entertainment you can look forward to in June!

Pretty Little Liars Season Six

The sixth season premiere of Pretty Little Liars is on June 2, and we're going into what might be considered the most exciting (and darkest) season yet. Creator I. Marlene King has dubbed it the "Summer of answers," and we can only hope she'll keep to her word. Now that we know "A" is Charles DiLaurentis, we're officially closing in on one of TV's greatest mysteries. Get ready for more than a few bombshells.

Entourage
Warner Bros.

Entourage

Maybe you haven't missed Entourage, but you know you're going to be happy to reunite with the gang when the TV series' movie spinoff comes to big screens on June 3. I mean, this is like Vincent Chase's dream come true! Either way, we're looking forward to all the fun the guys are going to have, and to finding out what happens with these loose ends.

How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful by Florence + The Machine

We've been patiently awaiting the release of Florence + The Machine's new album ever since the video for "How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful" came out in February. Since then, we've gotten videos for "St. Jude" and "Ship to Wreck," both of which have been amazing and bold. The full album is out on June 2, and all self-respecting Flo fans already have the date marked on their calendars. Heck, it's been over three years since we've gotten a new album!

Spy
20th Century Studios

Spy

Melissa McCarthy comedies of late have been hit or miss, but after we got a look at the hilarious trailer, we are convinced this is the next hit. McCarthy is a stealthy spy this time, partnering with Jason Statham and facing off with Bridesmaids costar Rose Byrne. The movie was a hit at South by Southwest, so we can't wait to laugh along in the theater on June 5.

Jurassic World
Universal Pictures

Jurassic World

Forget those other Jurassic Park sequels — this is the follow-up we've been waiting for. Chris Pratt is some kind of sexy jungle cowboy in this blockbuster that takes us back to the land where dinosaurs rule. Which means one thing: the new Jurassic World won't be a very good idea for the fictional characters, but we'll have a great time. Out June 12.

Orange Is the New Black Season Three

Orange Is the New Black Season Three

Everything we know about season three of Orange Is the New Black has just made us more excited to be reunited with Piper, Alex, and the gang. The show's on-again, off-again couple is getting cozy in pictures, and we've gotten a quick look at the new character, played by Ruby Rose, in the trailer. We've been missing the Litchfield drama for nearly a year now, and come June 12, we'll be reunited with all our favorite ladies.

Me and Earl and the Dying Girl
Searchlight Pictures

Me and Earl and the Dying Girl

There's nothing not to love about this quirky comedy — especially if you're already fatigued from Summer's action blockbusters. Costarring Connie Britton and Nick Offerman, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl tells the story of Greg (Thomas Mann), a likable but emotionally distant high schooler who is forced to become friends with a classmate (Bates Motel's Olivia Cooke) diagnosed with leukemia. The relatable characters and unique storytelling won my heart, and it'll probably win yours, too. The movie opens on June 12.

Inside Out
Disney

Inside Out

Let's be honest: Disney-Pixar has an outstanding track record, and it would be shocking if Inside Out isn't every bit as memorable as Finding Nemo or The Incredibles. If you've seen the trailer, you know the movie delves into the mind of a young girl and puts her emotions — joy, anger, sadness, fear, and disgust — on blast. With the likes of Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, and Bill Hader lending their voices, it's a recipe for a hit. It doesn't matter if you're 5 or 25 years old — you'll want to see this on June 19.

True Detective Season Two
HBO

True Detective Season Two

Matthew McConaughey may not be returning to this HBO hit, but we're still so excited about the follow-up season, which has a new story, setting, and cast full of stars we love. This time, Rachel McAdams, Taylor Kitsch, and Colin Farrell are the cops, ready to take down foes such as Vince Vaughn. We'll be glued to our couches when it premieres June 21.
