Jon Stewart is back tonight with his easy wit and funny political commentary. His opening monologue addressed many of the topics one would expect this year, like the writers strike and how hilarious it is that Norbit was nominated. What did you think of Jon Stewart's opening monologue?

I love him!!! And I loved this intro!!!! I thought it was topical w/o being too political. It's about time the intro started to be funny and intelligent!!!

I thought Jon Stewart was absolutely hysterical! And I'm usually not a huge fan (its not that I don't like him, I just don't watch his show).

Loved it! For such little time given to write the jokes, I think they did a wonderful job of bringing laughter.

Love Jon! BUT I didn't think it was that great, the material wasn't fresh or exciting, it seemed a bit recycled. But they only had a little time to prepare for it so I guess we can cut him so slack! He did a much better job the first time around though I still enjoyed watching him more than Ellen. Hopefully he gets to host again!
