J.K. Rowling Is Really Sorry About Killing Fred

Hey, remember when your heart broke into a million little pieces when you were reading the final Harry Potter book and Fred dies? (Sorry about the spoiler, but you know, it has almost been 10 years.) Well, this week, J.K. Rowling is ready to say she's sorry. The author tweeted an apology, saying, "I'm really sorry about Fred. *Bows head in acceptance of your reasonable ire.*" Fred, of course, dies in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (and in the final film), and is survived by his twin, George.

So, Fred fans, do you feel better now?
