Snow White and the Huntsman hits theaters this Friday!
Heather is the lucky PopSugar fan who won the chance to meet her favorite celebrity, Kristen Stewart in London. To understand more about Kristen and how she prepared for her role in Snow White and the Huntsman, Heather will learn a British accent, ride Kristen's horse from the film, and get a makeover, all before her big interview with Kristen Stewart. You're getting punchy. I've been punchy. Yeah. Definitely haven't been more than ever silly right now. Hi . How are you? Hi. How are you? Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you too. It's weird to see her and be like, "I've got magazines with you on it and you're standing right in front of me." It 's really like eye-opening, like awesome and just crazy because I did not expect this. You're gonna have to clear your schedule to fly to London and meet Kristen Stewart. Oh, my gosh! Congratulations! Really? Yes, this is for real. One of my dream places to go. I have a poster of London in my room. How cool is that? And then I have Kristen posters. My name is Heather Duval. I'm from Concord, New Hampshire and I'm a huge fan of Kristen Stewart. I can't really grasp my head around the fact that I'm going to be like meeting her, talking to her, sitting with her. I think she's hilarious. And I think she's awesome. I really admire how she handles herself in situations and how much you can just really tell that she cares and that she's putting everything that she has into everything that she does. I brought my mom with me to London for a couple reasons. One, she's always listening to me talk about Kristen and then why not bring your mom to London? It's Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day. Oh. Heather graduated from college last weekend on Saturday. Like perfect timing, so this has been really special. I'm about to meet Heather at Swan and Edgar, one of Kristen's favorite spots in London, to kick off Heather's I'm A Huge Fan journey. Hi. I'm Molly. Hi. It's so cool to be somewhere that Kristen loves in London. Are you nervous? A little bit, yeah. And there's so many other Kristen fans I know are excited to see what you ask her. Do you feel like that's like pressure? Yeah. There's definitely like I'm putting pressure on myself 'cause I wanna do a good interview. Obviously I want you guys to like what I do and then make it one on one so I can like get her to really talk to me and be comfortable and make it one of the best interviews ever. I heard a rumor that you do quite a mean British accent. Hello, my name is Heather Duval and I'm from Concord, New Hampshire. That's pretty good. Yeah. Pretty good but I actually think you know maybe it could be a little better, and would be perfect because our first thought is actually you're gonna go meet with Kristen's dialect coach, Mrs. Barbara Berkery. Really? Wow. And she's gonna give you a bit of a lesson on Is there like a specific Kristen moment that you remember that you like became a huge fan of hers? I love Adventureland, I love like her character in that and then I do love her in Twilight. Like, I think she's great in that too. So that was probably when I went, "All right, Kristen Stewart, I love her." When you entered the contest, what did you think? You like, there's no chance that I would ever meet her? I was just like, well, this would be really awesome. Hello. I'm Heather. Hi. Oh, Heather. And you could have a day like Kristen Stewart used to have when she was making the Huntsman. So, nice to meet you, Heather. Nice to meet too. You're very excited to have won the competition, right? Yes, definitely. I suppose you're interested in how Kristen learned her English accent. That's what you wanted me to do. Yeah . Yes. And she had actually just talked about how she did a lot of training for like dialect and everything. So it's really like an honor to get to meet you now that I heard her talk about you. If you were without me, you're dead. If you leave me, I'm dead. I'm gonna give you something to read for me now. It's like a test at school. On the ning nang nong, where the cows go bong and the monkeys all say boo. On the ning nang nong, where the cows go bong and the monkeys all say boo. Yes, good. Not too bad. Not too bad. I would say to anybody learning any accent, get up in the morning, get dressed, and then speak with the accent. She used to play around with it with her friends. She would make tea for me and talk to me and chat while she's making the tea, so that she's doing things while she's using the accent. Before she made the film, she had the accent absolutely perfectly. I felt like it gave me a sneak peek into her life. She's so committed and so fully involved in everything that she does. Go home Joan. Go home Joan. Yes, so your lips are working really hard. And that's, Kristen used to find that her that lips got tired after it because there's a lot of making different. You have anything that surprised you like about her? Her work ethic is excellent. When you're doing nights, long nights, we shot in that we shot three weeks of nights every night and that means you're going in at seven at night and you don't come out 'till eight in the morning. Yeah . And I thought that was very, very interesting. It's been lovely to meet you, Heather. Thank you. Outstanding. Thank you. Nice to meet you. Why don't you tell us why you're excited to be in London in a British accent. Oh, my gosh. I really like to see like all of the tourist things and I really am excited to see Snow White and the Huntsman and I love Kristen Stewart. I just feel we could see like to me would give you like more goals to strive for. Be like, am I happy? 'Cause like they're happy. So what can I do to get to that point in my life? Going to see all the touristy London sights was really cool, and to do that with someone that you care about and that you love is even better. If you look at her. Oh that's going to be so nice. You're gonna have to talk British British. Yup, all day Sunday for me. Except for my interview. Okay. She's gonna love you. I know she is. I hope so. Yeah.
