It all ends soon! The Harry Potter series, that is, sadly. When Deathly Hallows Part 2 bows next week, it'll be the end of the films in the franchise. Don't get teary just yet, though, because it's giving us a chance to talk about everything Harry Potter for the next couple of weeks. On today's agenda? Since J.K. Rowling wove such a rich world of characters, it's time to show your true colors and admit which Potter inhabitants you love — and those you loathe. Vote now on these major characters.

@krispin My sentiments exactly. Rupert as Ron is so endearing, so human, and Alan Rickman as Snape... wow! What an amazing actor--perfect casting for such a deep complicated character. That said, I do have a soft spot in my heart for Harry. I think Daniel Radcliffe has turned into quite a good actor as well!

OMG I love all the characters, but I see no one likes the "chosen one"? I love Harry's character because it shows the frailty of human nature.

LOVE Hermione and Emma is just fantastic in general. I also love Draco and Lucius Malfoy even though they are pompous jerk faces.

Ron, easily. He's been my favorite since reading the books and Rupert Grint is a fantastic Ron in the films. Actually, the whole Weasley clan is a win in my book, with the slight exception of Ginny (that should be obvious). Snape is a pretty close second, I believe he had one of the best stories in the whole series. I could actually make a list but it's easier to leave it where it is now. These characters will forever be in my heart, but Weasley will always be my king.

I love Hermione. Love Draco and Snape too though. Love them all! Not so much Hagrid though. I just think he's a dope and he's always saying things he shouldn't or doing things he shouldn't. Hello! Keep your mouth shut about Fluffy!

Ever since I read the 3rd book - I've loved Sirius Black and since I also love Gary Oldman my feelings for the character got even stronger. He's the most loyal friend and cares for Harry and really loves him.

My all time favourite is Ron - his sense of humour and well, his overall character is just so endearing. I also just love the brilliant way Alan Rickman portrayed Severus Snape - such a complex character, with so many layers... Very intelligent, cynical.. @ChelMarie I also have a thing for Lupin! Good to hear I'm not alone! :)

Ron is my all-time fave in both the books and films. Oh, and I have massive love for Lupin. (Is it weird I find him strangely sexy?? bwahaha) I really hate that the producers cut down on Lupin's role so much in the movies, his relationship with Harry is much stronger in the books, and also his love story with Tonks is angsty wonderful. Oh Tonks...I love the films, don't get me wrong, but they reeeeeeeally didn't do justice to the awesome Nymphadora (first off, no pink bubble gum hair! WTF!).
