Hansons vs. Jonases: Who Would Win?

Just for funsies, let's pit these two brotherly bands against each other. In a fight between the Hanson brothers (during their "Mmm-Bop" days!) and the Jonas brothers, who would win?

The Hanson have only one memorable song, but they were adorable. But even only with MmmBop they surpass everything the Jonas brothers ever did.

If the Hansons and the Joneses fought TODAY, I'd have to go with the Hansons. But since we're talking MMMBop Hansons, I'm gonna have to say that the Joneses would whoop some booty. Can you honestly see little hyperactive Zac and incredibly awkward Isaac throwing punches? And don't even get me started on Taylor. I don't think he'd win a fight at any point in his life. lol I would however want to see this fight and then cheer on the Hansons. Maybe they would surprise me.

hanson. they are pretty good songwriters and musicians. i saw a video of the jonai when they were younger and they had terrible squawky voices... i mean.. horrible. now, they're slightly more on key and still squaky. PS i think the jonas bros are funny looking.. especially the oldest one... then again.. the oldest hanson wasn't a prize back then either.

OMG, I will defend Hanson until the day I die. Back in the day I saw them in concert at least 50+ times. No joke. I've meet them a few times too and they are the sweetest guys. Hanson would win, no contest. Hanson didn't need the 3D concert experience or movies or whatever to be successful. The Jonas Brother's are such a gimmick and well, a Hanson rip off. They are, and still are, great :]

Hanson. I am still a fan of their music. Underneath is one of my favorite albums; the songs are well written and nice to listen to when driving or relaxing. Get Up & Go, Penny and Me and Save Me are three of my favorite tracks.

One of the main reasons Hanson should be considered the winner is that Hanson was able to succeed during a time when pop was non-existent because of the grunge era AND they were able to do it without the help of the Disney Channel. Hanson's only help came at hands of MTV. To succeed on MTV at that time is pretty phenomenal. I will admit, I am a Hanson fan, but I teach, and I see the kids getting into the Jonas Brothers and I get it. I do think the Jonas Brothers have been able to attract more children of all different backgrounds, and I'm grateful to them for being decent role models for my students. Hanson is actually still alive and kicking - they're activists too, with U2's Bono singing their praises. I saw them on tour a couple of months ago, and they still have plenty of fans. Their live show is still as spectacular as when I saw them for the first time about 10 years ago! Taylor Hanson is now a part of a pop super group called Tinted Windows (http://www.tintedwindowsmusic.com) and their first song is beyond catchy! I can't wait for their album to drop! It will be interested to see where the Jonas Brothers fall in the next couple of years. I think if they go the route of Hanson, which was taking their music where they wanted it to go, then they will be even more successful and able to hang.

Grantz; Hanson did/does play their own instruments and write their own songs.I think Jonas Brothers are more popular than Hanson was but Hanson IMO is/was more talented.I may have an Oklahoma bias though.
