Gossip Girl Recap "Monstrous Ball"

I'm getting tired of waiting around for Blair and Chuck to get together, and also tired of Chuck's takedown of Bart, which is moving along at a snail's pace. This week, Ivy offers to help Chuck get back at Bart by planting evidence that Chuck and Lily are conspiring, but it backfires and just makes Lily angry at Chuck. Bart confesses his oil dealings, and Lily's fine with it. Even Ivy and Rufus are doing well on the relationship front, when Ivy saves the gallery and Rufus finds out how much money Ivy has. The only relationship not doing as well as those is the one between Blair and Chuck. Really? They can't even kiss until this deal is done?
