Dream Come True

This week's episode opens with a dream sequence, but this time, Serena is the dreamer. In it, she plays Marilyn Monroe and Blair is (who else?) Audrey Hepburn, and the men in their lives are dressed in tuxedos as an homage to Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. To Serena's disappointment, that's apparently not the case for Dan. He chooses to follow Blair upstairs and Serena wakes up, disheartened. A bit of foreshadowing for things to come?

@genesisrocks I agree! Even if Louis was devastated by Blair's confession to Chuck, I thought his transition from devoted to totally ruthless was a little too quick.

I'm not really sure it was necessary to make Louis such a villain. Don't he and Blair have enough issues for him to have left her long ago? But that's Gossip Girl, always building the drama. Blair looked beautiful. I can't really see Georgina being Gossip Girl. She has way to many devious plots of her own to spend so much time sifting through every detail of the lives of people she went to like maybe 1 year of high school with. But I liked the episode, so many twists!
