New Trailer For Game of Thrones Takes Us to Medieval Times
We couldn't garner much from the first dialogue-free preview of HBO's new series Game of Thrones, but the latest trailer provides a bit more insight. For starters, it's already promising the typical fanfare that comes with HBO shows: sex, graphic violence (in the form of a beheading), and drama aplenty.
The series has been jokingly referred to as "The Sopranos in Middle Earth," but it looks more like the network's short-lived drama Rome if you ask me. Even as a self-proclaimed Lord of the Rings geek, I'm not entirely sold on these first looks, but take a look at the preview and see if it's your cup of tea when you read more.
