Back in January, Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman starred in No Strings Attached as two friends who decide to sleep together without the messy involvement of a relationship. If the trailers for Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis's Friends With Benefits is giving you major movie déjà vu, we're here to help. The titles and premises are already confusing, so I'm going to try to clear it up for you by making distinctions between the two films before Friends With Benefits hits theaters on July 22.

ive seen both movies, and i gotta say that friends with bennefits is better in every way, it is funnier, smarter, and the soundtrack is amazing on top of it, whereas no strings attached is just too cheesey and the characters just dont have as much chemistry.

The TV spots and trailers have me really excited to see Friends With Benefits - the riffing between Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis is reallly hilarious, although I hope they didn't just pull out all the funny parts for the ads... I especially liked the spot that had "Love In America" by JTX, I love the playful synth lines, hope I hear the song in the actual movie, too ( watch at http://vimeo.com/26184095 )

It's funny why the directors decided to release these movies at almost the same time when they have more or less the same plot. If I were to choose, I think I'd pick out Ashton and Natalie. But I think that Friends With Benefits have more funny moments than No Strings Attached. I'm thinking of watching one of these movies with my long distance boyfriend (http://www.longdistancerelationshipsadvice.net).

Justin Timberlake ruins movies. He's not charming on screen and he's one of those people who has a big head because a couple of people told him he was funny.

i think it is so funny how Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman just came out in the same movie and now are coming out with their own movies about the same thing...there's gotta be some kinda of connection....

It will be interesting to see how both stories unfold as one is written by a a female "No Strings Attached" and "Friends with Benefits"s is written by a male. Same story line from each gender I think I will like No Strings better because the female will have the upper hand...I'm sure than men will like Friends better because the male will have the upper hand.

here's another distinction - one stupid; the others stupider (that's right; I said "stupider" - that's how stupid not only the concepts of both these movies are but, even worse, the concept of the identical concepts and releasing them at the same time). although I think "Friends with Benefits" actually looks like it could have some funny moments (maybe because I find Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake much more likable that Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher)...
