A few things you need to know before watching this trailer for the upcoming season of MTV's "The Hills":

  1. Lauren and Heidi really aren't speaking
  2. Whitney's getting more attention than ever before
  3. There's Spencer, and there's a diamond ring, but I can't tell if they're related
  4. The first two minutes of the promo are just an appetizer for the end, when Lauren and Heidi get into a screaming fight.
