The Black Eyed Peas are back with a chart-topping hit titled, "Boom Boom Pow" from their new album THE E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies), which is set to hit stores this June.
While reading this article about the band and their new song, I came across this bit regarding Fergie:
As ever, Fergie is the star. She luxuriates in some playground-grade taunting and gets off a delectably dorky diss that's already an Internet catch phrase in the making: "I'm so 3008, you so 2000-late."
Fergie's solo career has produced some interesting tracks, including down-tempo songs that allow her vocals to shine, but she's also a lot of fun as part of a band. Do you like Fergie better as a solo artist or as the lone female in the Black Eyed Peas?

I love the way you put option two because that's exactly how I feel. It is the only way I can tolerate her.
1i actually like her more with the BEPs rather than on her own. i know that she's talented - but there's just something about staying with the group that resonates better for me.

3Hmm it just depends. To me, all of her solo hits were WAY better than this "Boom Boom Pow" crap, but earlier BEP songs were great.
4Some of her solo songs are really catchy and fun, but the ballads irritate me (that goes for almost any singer though). At the same time, some of the BEP stuff is also fun, and some of it is just annoying.
5It just depends.. I mean half of her solo album was produced by Will.I.Am so it sounded like a BEP album but with just her only singing. That sentence makes sense in my head haha

6With the BEP, though I prefer their old stuff before her. Fergie just annoys me to no end.

12I liked her solo album, but I love her when with the awesome BEPs, she should stay with them! There's seriously when of the most talented groups ever!
13I perfer her gone. I think the BEPs were a better grounp when there were only three members, and then she came along and ruined them.
