Fall 2009 Romantic Movie Picks

New York, I Love You takes us to the city that never sleeps for a series of short films about — you guessed it — love in the Big Apple. Like its predecessor Paris, Je t'aime, I'm expecting to see a few stories about the glory of courtship mixed in with tearjerkers about loss. The amazing cast includes Ethan Hawke, Scarlett Johansson, Shia LaBeouf, and Orlando Bloom in films directed by Natalie Portman and Brett Ratner, just to name a few. If you still aren't sold, the sweet trailer should do the trick. New York, I Love You opens Oct. 16.
