The American Music Awards was jam-packed with flashy performances after a daring red carpet for the women and leather-loving guys. Rihanna opened the night sporting a bikini ensemble for her three-song medley. Her good friend Katy Perry had her own moment in the spotlight wearing a skintight red bodysuit after ripping off her skirt, while pregnant Pink put on a lively show, though the mom-to-be kept the acrobatics to a minimum. Taylor Swift's edgy arrival dress was your favorite, though she changed into an all-black skinny pants and blazer ensemble for her dramatic "Back to December/Apologize" mashup. Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Bell, and Mandy Moore walked the red carpet on Friday before heading in to take their seats at the Stand Up 2 Cancer phone banks in LA. The hour-long telethon was broadcast on multiple major networks and streamed across the web, and the effort raised more than $100 million dollars for research in the fight against the disease. Modern Family's Sofia Vergara and mom-to-be Christina Applegate, both of whom battled cancer in the past, proudly modeled t-shirts that read "Survivor."

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived on the West Coast on Thursday, ready to add her support to the event after attending Fashion's Night Out in London last week. She caught up with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, while Rob Lowe joined Diane Lane. Cindy Crawford, and Chuck's Zachary Levi helped in collecting donations, and fresh-from-Mexico Ryan Seacrest also lent his star power to the cause. Contributions to the charity are still being accepted, and they're even open to making good use of Facebook credits!

Jimmy Fallon sang and danced as host of the Emmys in LA last night, and the fun kept coming for him and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, as they moved on to the Governor's Ball with other winners, nominees, and presenters. Mad Men's Jon Hamm raised a glass to his show nabbing its third consecutive best outstanding drama series award — do you agree with its win? New mom Amy Poehler stuck close to Tina Fey, while Kevin Bacon couldn't take his eyes off his lovely wife and best actress in a drama honoree, Kyra Sedgwick. The action in LA moved last night from the stage at the Emmys on to the press room, where the big winners showed off their new gold. Humanitarian honoree George Clooney led the pack by speaking about Brad Pitt's equally good deeds, and Tom Hanks toasted his HBO miniseries The Pacific. Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston, meanwhile, had dual wins for Breaking Bad. An excited Aaron gushed about the surprise, saying he lost his mind due to the shock. Nurse Jackie's Edie Falco, who was declared Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, still maintained that she's not even funny. The ensemble cast of Mad Men was led by January Jones, the adorable young actress Kiernan Shipka, Christina Hendricks, and Elisabeth Moss. Their series's creator, Matthew Weiner, said a few words and assured fans their show isn't going anywhere just yet.

Eric Stonestreet celebrated with the Modern Family gang and commented that it won't be weird on set after he picked up a Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy nod over two of his costars. Eric Stonestreet beat out two of his fellow Modern Family stars for the best supporting actor Emmy, but he made it clear in the Emmy press room that his statue will be shared with all of his cast members. He also discussed what's coming up for Cam (bike shorts!) and says he's sending his trophy to his parents in Kansas City so they can look at it every day. Here's more:

Will it be awkward on the set since you beat out two of your cast mates?
Eric Stonestreet: No not at all. You know, we had all joked around before, if one of us won, whether it would be funny to punch someone in the stomach or storm out of the auditorium. This win is a win for our show as it would have been if Jesse or Ty or Sofia or Julie had won. We're proud of our show and we just love love our job so it won't be awkward at all.

What's your reaction to your fans wanting PDA from Cameron and Mitchell?
ES: Well, we appreciate it. Quickly you learn it's way better to have fans talking about caring about your show than not. From a cast perspective we always knew that [writers] Chris and Steve have an arc for these characters, so it's not as though anything was being avoided. They're gonna write the show in a way that they're gonna write the show. The story was pitched last year just like an episode we shot a few weeks ago where I'm bike shorts.

Who influenced your portrayal of Cam?
ES: I looked to my mom because she's a very passionate person and she's excitable. And that's how I influenced my take on Cameron.

What will we learn about Cam next season?
ES: That he likes bike shorts, and that they're not appropriate attire for himself. We're gonna meet Cameron's mom, I know that's an episode that's coming. Continue to raise Lily and tell stories that apply to men and women, gay straight, whatever. We just love that we're telling stories that people like and relate to.
