Emma Stone Gets an Invite to the Gangster Squad
Here's hoping that audiences enjoy the pairing of Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling in this week's Crazy, Stupid, Love, because they're already making a date to reunite. Emma Stone is in talks to star in The Gangster Squad, the 1940s-set crime drama about real-life mob boss Mickey Cohen. The film has already lined up Gosling as a police officer who's chasing Cohen (Sean Penn). Stone is up for the role of Jean, a woman caught in a love triangle between their characters. No offense to Penn, but I know who I'd choose.
