Do You Watch Lifetime TV Movies?

There are made-for-TV movies, and then there are Lifetime made-for-TV movies. Though the quality of the TV movies on Lifetime has improved over the years, they're still known for their cheesiness and melodrama. Still, I can't seem to resist watching them, no matter how over-the-top or ridiculous they are.

Today there's news of yet another one, and like so many Lifetime movies, it's a dramatization of a real news story. The network has picked up the script for Pregnancy Pact, "inspired by the news that 17 girls at Gloucester High School apparently agreed to get pregnant at the same time — and succeeded." I already know I'm going to watch this. What about you?

Actually I would love to watch the movies from Lifetime but I am from Canada and we do not get them. Makes me so mad that we can't access them when we can all the other channels connected to this such as A@E and all the other channels except the Lifetime. I am just waiting until they let us in on he Lifetime since they have such great things on there. Anyone heard as to when they may make it accessible to Canadians.

Hi, I`m a senior citizen and would like for you to put more movies back on. There is nothing on the local channels but realiity shows. We older folks don`t enjoy the new shows you put on lifetime. Drop Dead Deva, etc. Everything on t.v. is for the young folks. I love the lifetime movies.Thank you, Patsyann

My friend used to watch these when we'd be getting ourselves ready to go out dancing for the night and sometimes she'd call me up to say she didn't want to go out anymore because she couldn't stop watching some cheesy lifetime movie. I used to get so mad! Because of that - I refuse to watch any of them.

While I was growing up I watched some movies, sometimes with my mom and sometimes just because they were on and I don't think I should have. Now they have better subject matter but I'm still haunted by some of the movies I watched. I still watch them if they look good or entertaining.

I LOVE Lifetime movie... She's Too Young and Homeless to Harvard are 2 of my favs! Lol. I know I'm a total geek.

I never used to watch them in the past. Like chick flicks and rom-coms, they were too "girlie girl" for me, and Lifetime seemed to really appeal to an older demographic. Well now that I'm in my mid-thirties, I find that I enjoy these movies more and more. They're good on a Sunday afternoon while I clean the house and cook. But at the end of the day, I'm still a devout horror fan.

I think I've seen them all! When I found LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) and Lifetime On-Demand I was completely sucked in!

Guilty.. Not all the time but, I have stumbled across a couple of good ones. It make me made when I catch them in the middle and Im like who is that? what happend to her? I catch up pretty fast and get there just in time for the drama and irony.

Omg, LifeTime movies are AMAZING! I hate that they got rid of Golden Girls, but the movies are still good for a laugh. I wish they played more of the older ones, like "Death of a Cheerleader" and "My Stepson, My Lover." SO GOOD! Haha :-)

i have from time to time but i can't say that i seek them out. i know that i've stumbled on a few over the years, and i've probably seen more in the past than i watch now, but they aren't all bad/cheesy. sometimes they are kind of good :)

Of course; Lifetime is my favorite guilty pleasure channel! Not only do I watch them but I will occasionally pick one up on DVD if it's pretty cheap and is good.

I used to watch when I had a day in with nothing to do but I was traumatized by "Mother May I Sleep With Danger" and haven't been able to watch anything since!! I might need therapy!!

I use to watch Lifetime movies all the time but not lately. I read that there's some pretty good new stories on there now. I have to go back to watching them soon.
