RIP: Dixie Carter Dies at 70
Dixie Carter passed away on Saturday, her publicist has confirmed. Most recently Carter played mother to Orson Hodge on Desperate Housewives, but I'll always remember her most as the outspoken and fabulous Julia Sugarbaker on Designing Women. Our thoughts are with her family.
